Comprehensive Plan Information
Manchester Township, North York Borough, and Conewago Township have been working on a regional comprehensive plan. The plan began in July of 2023 and has progressed to the plan adoption phase.
The Manchester Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of the comprehensive plan at our regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 13th at 6:00 p.m.
