Manchester Township’s administrative staff, led by the Township Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the township. The Township Manager is directly responsible to the elected Board of Supervisors, it is his role to oversee all operations for Manchester Township. These duties include preparing and implementing an annual budget, as adopted by the board, and overseeing all aspects of the local government.
