Notice of Public Hearing

The Manchester Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on November 10, 2026, at 5:30 pm at the township municipal building located at 3200 Farmtrail Road, York, PA, concerning a proposed amendment to Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Code of Ordinances of Manchester Township.

The proposed ordinance would amend the Manchester Township Zoning Ordinance and establish a new use entitled “Mixed-Use Conversion” as a permitted use within the Commercial (C) Zoning District.  The proposed amendment is intended to facilitate redevelopment and adaptive reuse projects involving existing buildings and infrastructure and includes related provisions governing the applicability, administration, and implementation of such use.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Manchester Township Municipal Building.  Copies may be obtained upon payment of the township’s reproduction costs.
